Holiday Totals

Last Weigh In: 302 lbs.
Today's Weigh In: 304 lbs.

For the Holiday Season I
GAINED 2 lbs.!

But not to worry we are now back at work
And Getting back on pace.
As I said in the beginning this is going to be
a two (2) year process. And after 8 months we are
almost 1/2 way to the goal.
So hang around and we will see what the future holds.
